Budinger's Dream Comes True

Chase Budinger has always dreamed of playing in the Olympics. After making it to the NBA, he is now set to become the first person to have played an NBA regular season game and appeared at the Olympic Games in beach volleyball.

Budinger, 34, announced his retirement from basketball in 2017 after a seven-year NBA career. He has since transitioned to beach volleyball and has quickly become one of the top players in the United States.

Budinger will team up with Miles Evans to represent the United States at the 2024 Paris Olympics. The beach volleyball competition will take place from July 27 to August 10.

Budinger is excited about the opportunity to represent his country and make history. "It's an incredible honor to be selected to represent the United States at the Olympics," Budinger said. "I'm looking forward to competing against the best in the world and helping Team USA win a medal."
